Art. 13 GDPR

Privacy Policy

We treat your personal data confidentially and in line with applicable German and European data-protection law (GDPR, BDSG, TDDDG) and this privacy policy.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website within the meaning of the GDPR is:

VectroPhase Engineering GmbH
Äußere Bayreuther Str. 59
90409 Nuremberg
Germany
Email: contact@vectrophase.com
Phone: +49 911 47763171

Management and commercial-register details are listed in the Imprint.

2. Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data — in particular IP address, date and time of the request, transferred volume, referrer and user-agent — to deliver the content and protect against attacks.

Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a stable, secure and performant website). A data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Transfers to the US are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Server log files

Our hosting provider automatically collects information in server log files (see section 2). This data is not merged with other sources and is used solely for technical operation and security.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or profiling services (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo, Plausible, Meta Pixel). No third-party scripts are embedded.

In exceptional cases our hosting provider Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (e.g. cf_clearance during an automated security check to mitigate an attack). These serve solely to protect and operate the website, contain no tracking information, and are exempt from consent under § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.

Your browser's local storage (localStorage) holds only your language preference. This data does not leave your device and is not transmitted to us.

5. Fonts

Fonts are served locally from this site's own web server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other font CDN; in particular, your IP address is not transmitted to Google or any third party.

6. Contact by email and contact form

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide (in particular email address, name, message contents) solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up.

If you use our contact form, the data you enter (name, optionally company, email address, message) is transmitted to us in encrypted form and forwarded immediately as an email to our mailbox. The form data is not stored on the web server. To deliver that notification we use a service provider as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR whose servers are located in the European Union.

Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your request).

Your data is deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose of collection and no statutory retention obligations (e.g. commercial or tax law) apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access to your processed personal data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

To exercise your rights, an informal message to contact@vectrophase.com is sufficient.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

9. SSL/TLS encryption

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption throughout. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the lock icon in your browser and the https:// prefix.

10. Status and changes

We update this privacy policy when the legal situation or our processing changes. The version published on this page applies.
